Is There any Difference Between Diabetes Type 1 and Type 2?

Although, both the diabetes show almost same symptoms but diabetes type 1 more often diagnosed in early stages of life. On the other hand, adults normally after 45 years can develop diabetes type 2. 

In diabetes type 1, our pancreas produces insulin hormone but our body’s immune system starts destroying it. While in diabetes type 2, people have enough insulin in their bloodstream but our cell stops responding to them.

Fatty Foods

Rather than moving their bodies, they start monitoring things on devices, still staying inactive physically. This behavior diminishes the digestion rate. So, a person can have diabetes this way. 

Immense Smoking 

People smoke to relax their minds quickly. Nicotine in cigarettes no doubt perfectly accomplishes this job but that’s not a natural way. It decreases digestion. Smoking adds up an oxidative stress on individuals, leading to diabetes. 

Obesity

Obesity is mainly a result of hyperglycemia. Diabetes, weight gain, obesity- all these are linked. If a person has any of these diseases, he may eventually develop others by the course of time if do not take precautionary measures. 

Self-Medications
